Baby, yeah! Stony Brook University gave me a place dude! Talk about double blessing from Daddy! U of Iowa and now this! It's the 2 best universities out of the 4 I applied for. Indeed God has the best for me! After 2 years of struggling in college, finally something end up for good.
Stony is pretty competitive for admissions. Why? 1. Cheap 2. 40 minutes to Manhattan 3. Pretty good reputation. 1 out of 8 international applicants will actually get admitted. They require a 3.3 GPA but I'm a 2.97! Talk about a miracle baby!
Now, the Lord has blessed me, I've got to pray for which is the one is best for me.. Yeah...Iowa or New York? U of Iowa is more established (ABET since the 70s) but is more expensive. Stony is cheaper but they just got ABET for Biomedical Engineering last year(2006)! I've got an insider's tip, Stony's lecturers are pretty demanding, and someone told me that Iowa's is pretty tough too.
Now I'm in a dilemma.
